I had several problems with my computer and used Matt’s services to help me run my computer and modem more efficiently, as follows: Switch from old to new dual band modem set-up Convert computer from Vista to Windows 7 Set up laptop to TV via HDMI. Main issues were with the old modem with frequent signal drop off. The need called for a new dual band modem with secure password connection set up. Matt did a great job in accomplishing this endeavor, but not without a couple of glitches that were not his making. Majority of the problems that needed troubleshooting stemmed from the Cable company. He spent quite a bit of time attempting different trouble shooting techniques, until success was achieved. Matt has great people skill, determination, computer knowledge, follow through and the patience of a saint. He contacted Cox cable several times to resolve the issue. He laboriously worked through the problems and resolved them.
